Taken from the Hub Poodle Club of Orange County Constitution

The objects of the Club shall be:

  • To encourage and promote the scientific breeding of purebred Poodles and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection;
  • To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by the American Kennel Club, Inc. and the Poodle Club of America, Inc. as the only standard of excellence by which Poodles shall be judged; and, to assist in the education of the public in the understanding of the qualities of the Poodle breed;
  • To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials;
  • To conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows under the rules of the American Kennel Club, Inc.;
  • To operate for recreational and educational purposes and for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

Hub Poodle Club of Orange County Pledge:

As a member of the Hub Poodle Club, I promise to foster and promote interest in Poodles by encouraging their breeding in accordance with the set standard to the end that such standard and qualities of the breed may be advanced.

The Hub Poodle Club of Orange County Meets the First Tuesday of Each Month.

Persons interested in Poodles are cordially invited to attend. Information regarding meetings and membership may be obtained from any of the listed Officers & Directors. Meetings start at 8 pm, except for Special Potluck Affairs. Times will be published.
